Uneek Motorsports Park Updates

Hey everyone, Michael Evans here. Owner of Uneek Motorsports. I want to put a little something here to update yall on whats going on with the park. It has been awhile since I've been in contact after I ran into issues with the company I was working with to purchase property outside of Tallahassee. Since then I've kept my eye out for other properties that will work to bring my vision to life. They're out there. My main hurdle is funding. The previous land I was going to use was planned to be owner financed. Which meant I didnt need to get a multi million dollar loan just to get started. I am still trying to figure this out so we all have a place to go. Any info on potential investors or land owners that would be willing to work with me, would be greatly appreciated. 

 

In the interum, I've created Uneek Motorsports Mobile Mechanic, Tire, and Welding. (thats why you see the new logo) This will assist in providing banks with a history of successful business operations when it comes time to request some funds and I am putting all of the profit from it into an account to build up for the park.

 

All this is a long way of saying, I haven't left, I havn't given up, Uneek Motorsports Park will become a reality, just going to take longer then I and we anticipated. I am sorry for the delay and the lack of communication with everyone. 

 

Our goal with Uneek Motorsports Park hasn’t changed — We're working toward a place where off-road enthusiasts, racers, and families can come together for events, practice days, and just plain fun. Whether you’re into off-road trucks, side-by-sides, or dirt bikes, we’re building a space for all of it. Progress has been slower than we hoped, but we’re still committed to making this park a reality
